Beautiful and comfortable!

These pants just arrived and they are just beautiful! Casually elegant and extremely well-made. They are a soft, medium weight quality cotton with just enough spandex to make moving around easy. i am pretty sure already they will be one of those "necessary" items in the closet that can go with basically anything. As a late 40's "apple", my figure is thicker in the middle, but my legs are pretty good. I'm a little more curvy in the thighs now too. I tend to run on the shorter side and these fall just at my ankle. The only reason that I didn't give these 5 stars is that although I am a pretty standard 8 in pants, the model looks so thin that I ordered the 10. I think that this is probably the best size for me given the cut of the pants, but they are just a bit loose around the waist. The rest fits really well. I wish that i could have tried the 8 to judge whether or not there is a significant difference in size. Since I bought these for an upcoming cruise, and they may not be loose on the return trip ; ) I've decided to keep the bigger size. They truly are lovely. Overall, it's a fantastic deal especially for this price!
