Nice pant / bad sizing

My wife ordered these pants using the sizing chart. The first pants received were way to big. We exchanged them for a smaller size (no hassle on exchange) and the second pair of pants arrived in just a couple days. The second pair of pants seemed much better but after washing and wearing the wast band stretched and they would not stay up. My wife does like these pants even though they were very loose and needed to have the wast band brought in. I would have given this pant 5 stars for comfort and stile but I spent a small bit of change on a pair of pants that did not fit twice.
