Way too small

I bought a size 14P when I usually wear a 12. I couldn't even zip them up. I also ordered another pair in beige and when I got that pair (it was shipped separately) I didn't even open the package. I just took it to the post office and sent it back as I knew they wouldn't fit me either. Still don't get why they couldn't ship both pairs together. They looked like nice capri's but they run very small.
