3They Are OK, But Not Great!
By jedigirl77
It is darn hard to find women's khaki pants. I used to always get my khaki's at Old Navy but any more they are made with such thin material that they show off EVERYTHING. Not flattering. And if you buy a bigger size they sag. Wal-Mart stocks Riders khaki colored jeans, but they are not dressy enough for work.I'm not a big fan of buying clothes without trying them on, but with Amazon's great return policy I decided to go for it.I love the feel of these pants. They are super soft. Thick enough to not have major panty line issues. They have a "slimming" panel in the front that I don't really see does much of anything. The pockets are TINY, don't plan on putting your phone in them, or anything other than some change for a drink. On to the fit. I am size 18, 5'6" and my weight is pretty evenly distributed. I would say I'm box shaped, but I do have a defined waist. These pants fit my bum and legs just fine. They are not too tight in the thigh or calf and have a nice straight leg. BUT... They have a high enough waist to make me feel like Steve Urkel. Yes, they are that high. When pulled up all the way they are a good 2 inches above my waistline. They are definitely NOT just above the hip like the ad says. They stay mostly in place in the beginning of the day, but by the end of the day they have stretched out enough to start riding down and require constant "hitching". A smaller size would have definitely been too tight, so I don't know what to say about that other than maybe if you are more pear shaped they would stay in place better. I don't know. I might try a belt, but honestly with the super high waist I would feel even dorkier than I do now.So, all in all, for plus sized khaki's they are okay. They are reasonably priced, and considering how few options there are to buy khakis, at least where I live, I will keep them. When washed and removed quickly from the dryer they are wrinke free and easy care. But I would like them a whole lot better with about 2 inches taken off the top so they rode at my waist. I'm not talking low riders, just not super high waisted.

4Tiny pockets
By VickiM
Great fit, but the front pockets aren't big enough for my little cell phone. I'd label these as false pockets, because even a quarter to go into and stay in.

4DOCKERS

Love the fit washes well with some ironing. Disappointed in the front pockets, wish they were deeper, they are like coin pockets.
