Really like this cargo pant

I am a volunteer for cat rescue and the local zoo. I need to be able to carry my cell phone, license, money etc., with me at all times. However, I often do not have a safe place to put a purse. That is why I love cargo pants. My specific needs for a cargo pant is that the material looks good, is durable, has many pockets, and most importantly sits near the waist. I have found it very hard to find anything other than low rise pants, which I am not comfortable in. I also like that the "U" means unfinished and I can simply hem them to the length I prefer. These pants fit that criteria. They are also comfortable to wear. I have just bought them, so I will have to wait to comment on washability and durability.
