Low low waistline

These are fine if you don't mind your pants being very very low rise. I was already in for the shipping and didn't want to bother with a return, so I cut the ruffles off and sewed them to a nicer pair of pants. For the price these should have been better made. Save your money and make your own, or be prepared to accept the price and frankesntein the adorably done ruffles to a higher quality pair of pants.
