Really cute but slightly odd fit

I'm 5'7'' and I ordered a size 3. These pants were a little too short for me and even though it looks as though they're supposed to be a little short, they would be perfect on someone 5'5'' or shorter. They also fit a little odd at the hips/crotch area but I think that's because I have wide hips for someone my size. I think these would look yes on someone more petite but they are still cute enough to wear when I want to dress up a little for the spring/summer with out wearing a skirt or dress.
