Because we are based in England UK, our clothing labels carry UK sizing dimensions, but please rest assured that the size you select when you purchase is the US size. In your parcel will be an easy to follow chart to show how UK sizing is converted to US sizing. If you have purchased an item of men's clothing there is no difference between UK and US size labels.

Lovely trousers; the fabric is beautifully printed and they are very comfortable. I disagree about "they seem to run true to size". They absolutely run at least one size small (unless you dig tight trousers---which is NOT what this style is about). I wear a size 4 US (27 jean) and ended up ordering the size UK 14--equivalent of a US size 10. May have been able to get away with a 12 (US 8), but I am thinking these 100% cotton pants will shrink easily. I plan on cold wash, hang dry. Plan accordingly!

I can't fault these trousers - really comfortable, seem true to size, and have washed well. This was the first time I's tried Joe Browns as a brand, and I was so pleased I went on to buy more items.
