UM, WHO CAN PUT IT ON WITH NO ELASTIC IN WAIST

IT MIGHT BE WEARABLE IF THERE WAS ELASTIC IN THE WAIST. CAN'T GET THEM OVER YOUR HIPS WITH NO ELASTIC THERE, UNLESS YOU HAVE THE WAIST OF A 6, BUT THE HIPS OF A SIZE 1. DON'T GET WHAT THIS PERSON WAS THINKING WHEN THEY MADE THIS ITEM OF CLOTHING. THERE IS NO ELASTIC IN THE WAIST, AND IF IT IS, IT SURE DOESN'T EXPAND WORTH ANYTHING.
