Great subtle color, tight fit.

I'm not a big fan of colored denim, but the subtle ombre of these jeans is amazing and makes them really wearable and versatile. They look exactly like they do in the picture, and the subdued coloring gives these skinnies some charisma, some detail that sets them apart from all the other dark wash skinnies in my closet. They offer a really good way to wear colored denim without feeling like you're wearing a trend. As for the size and fit, I ordered my usual size 26 (I have a few other pairs of Blank Denim), and while they fit true to size, they're a little tight at the waist, but fit well everywhere else.I took off a star because the button and zipper are very stiff and not easy to use, at least initially. I think the hardware might need to be broken in a little, because it took me about 5 minutes to get the zipper to zip up, and I wasn't even wearing them at the time. The button also has some trouble fitting through the hole, and I had to work at it a little to unbutton the jeans. I think these are issues that will go away the more I wear them (hopefully), but for now it's kind of frustrating.Anyway, I would definitely recommend these jeans to anyone who loves some good skinny jeans and wants to branch out wash-wise without compromising classic style. And, like all Blank Denim, the price tag is amazing, since these jeans really compare to the more expensive premium brands, but are a fraction of the cost.
