wish it was more tapered

This capri fits comfortably on the waist but the legs are a little wide at the cuffs especially for someone who sometimes wears short sizes in jeans. Also the fabric gathers dust easily so it looks a little untidy. I havent washed it as yet so hoping it will keep fhe color.
