I had originally purchased these capris in a local department store which went out of business. I liked them so much that I searched online to see if I could find the same pants and was pleased to find them. I have purchased these capris through Amazon in 4 colors in 2 different orders. Each time they were shipped promptly and were exactly what I was looking for. They are great for traveling as they are very wrinkle resistant.

I wish there would have been a telephone number to access easily if the order was wrong.. I spoke to a customer service person who assured me she could change my order but that didn't happen. I ended up with two identical pairs of capris. The cost to return them was almost as much as the original pants. It was a very frustrating experience and I won't be using Amazon in the near future because of the mix up. It is wrong to tell a customer one thing and then do another.
